SMS Terms & Consent
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This page describes how SMS messaging works through ClickAcquire.ai and the consent that applies when you provide your mobile number. SMS capabilities described here also apply to automated systems we build for clients, who are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their own contacts.
1Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to ClickAcquire, you consent to receive SMS messages (which may be sent using automated technology) related to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, and service-related communications. Providing your phone number and consenting is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
If you would like to receive marketing or promotional SMS, you must separately opt in. Submitting a contact request alone does not enroll you in promotional messaging.
2Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. For consultation and service-related messaging, you can typically expect a few messages around your inquiry and scheduled call. Promotional messaging, if you opt in, is generally limited to a reasonable frequency.
3Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
4Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out you may receive a final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
5Client SMS Systems
When we build SMS automation for clients, the client is responsible for obtaining and documenting proper consent from their own contacts in accordance with the TCPA, FCC rules, and applicable state laws. ClickAcquire can configure systems to support compliant consent capture, but the client remains responsible for their use of the system and for obtaining legal review of their messaging practices.
6Call Recording
If call recording or voice AI is used, consent requirements vary by state. Clients are responsible for implementing appropriate notice and consent for call recording in their jurisdictions and should obtain legal review. ClickAcquire can configure notice mechanisms but does not provide legal advice on recording legality.
